I moved to the El Paso area about ten years ago following my wife who has family here and was raised here.

Although I am originally from West Virginia, I spent 30 years living in Atlanta, Georgia where I met my wife.

I have had various businesses over the years, and have been at times a full-time, and other times a part-time real estate investor for nearly 40 years. I love seeing a property transformed and unlike other businesses where it is not always easy to see a 'tangible' before and after result of the time and effort that you put into a project, with real estate-a transformation is oftentimes dramatic and lasting.

These transformations can begin to change entire neighborhoods and I have seen it over and over throughout the years.

I have been involved along with a team of other investors (family and friends) in countless real estate transactions including residential, commercial and multi-family properties and even land deals.
